Three of the century's biggest shifts, one plant.
Decarbonisation, food security and advanced materials are converging, and industrial hemp sits at the intersection of all three. It is fast-growing, low-input, harvestable within months, and every part of it has a market: the bast fibre, the hurd, and the seed.
Wandarra's model captures value across the whole plant rather than a single product, and does it from North Queensland, where fertile land, reliable water and a supportive farming community make large-scale, regenerative production possible.

Contract growing with regional farmer cooperatives, optimised by ThriveTech™ agronomy, using land that would otherwise sit fallow between sugar-cane crops.

The hub separates the plant into its three value streams: bast fibre, hurd and seed, each destined for a different market.

Hulkbuild turns hurd into building materials. Hulkpack turns fibre into packaging. Wandarra Health & Wellness and Wandarra Food take the seed and extracts to market.
